Running that INSTALLS the Admin tool. It will then be on your Start menu,
or can be run from the installation directory as "eaadmn.exe". Run
that. Make sure you configure it THERE to use a user in the EmeraldApps
group. More details in my "EmerAuth for Dummies" coming this weekend....
