The easiest way to do this is go into Enterprise manager and give
insert permission to the EmeraldSecure group for the MasterAccounts
and SubAccounts tables. By default, the EmeraldSecure does not have
rights to add.
The detailed rights in the Emerald admin are designed for the
upcoming web interface, and not for the SQL client (it doesn't
change the table permissions for the SQL server).
