[Emerald] Seperating our IP Pool

We are trying to send some of our users through a Proxy Server. How do we
do it? I know we need to set up a group for these users, and then assign a
certain pool of addresses to it, but I do not know that Radius commands to
use. If someone could help me out it would be appreciated.
