[Emerald] Printing Help

Using Emerald 2.5.263 I am trying to print out the account information. i
get a pop up window that askes if I want to "print this account and all sub
accounts Yes or no" Sellecting no prints nothing, sellecting yes prints all
my user accounts, not just the subaccounts. Where do i look to change this
so that I print out one account at a time.
