I still can't get the global home directory size limit to be enforced.
Users can upload as much as they want.

Any idea what's wrong? I can find no other quotas in Serv-U that would
cause Emerald's quota to be ignored.

Might this have something to do with Serv-U's by-mistake-only support for
UNC paths?
