Has anyone had a problem with Call Consolidation in Emerald. We are
using the 2.5.261 version. The calls are being logged and kept in each
MBR but when we attempt to run the call consolidation it doesn't do
anything. So in order to bill clients for there extra time usage
someone has to manually bill each client. Does anyone know why it won't
work?
