ok, I click Manage Stored Procedures, and pull up consolidation.
What am I looking for that I should change to allow the EmeraldAdmn
group to run this procedure??

The admin group might not have exec permission on the Consolidation
procedure. Use Enterprise Manager to double check who has exec
permissions on the Consolidation stored proc.
