[Emerald] Multiple DB query/ PK constraints

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'pk_AccountID': Attempt to insert
duplicate key in object 'SubAccounts'.

I guess I'm inserting duplicate keys of AccountID.. is there a way to
just overwrite these accounts already present,
rather than insert duplicates?
