First, turn off concurrency in RadiusNT and restart it. This will
allow the users to get on, until you resolve the problem.
Secod look at your accounting timeout on the Ascend, and make sure its
atleast 5 secons.
Third, run RadiusNT in -x15 debug mode, and see what your response
times are. Also check your logfile for RadiusNT and see what errors
you re running into.
