[Emerald] Run Time Error 5003

Tried to install the Emerald Client on a new workstation and got a "Run
Time Error 5003". Checked the archives and didn't find anything specific
to this issue (other than a beta reference).

This is on an NT 4.0 Svr w/ SP 5 applied.

Suggestions?
