[Emerald] Addition of new users

This has probably been asked before, or in the sample files somewhere.
What all has to be editited to add a new customer into the emerald
database
the way that the emerald client would? Reason being i'm trying to make a
web interface. Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
