Now, to let you all know...the problem is now resolved:>)
In the 5th communique from my upstream provider...they informed me that they
decommissioned the DNS servers that my customers had been assigned! They
now have new caching servers.
This doesn't come as a surprise to me...they informed their customers early
on of this change and that time was when I was just starting my service (end
of May) so I double checked with them to make sure what numbers I should be
giving my customers and followed their directions.
Today (22 hours *after* the problem starts), they tell me my customers
should be using these "new" numbers. Go figure.
Anyway...thanks to all of you for your help and for not telling me what an
idiot I am!
