[Emerald] Deleting Users

I am trying to delete an operator in Emerald Admin. The checkmark is
removed from SQL User but the operator itself remains and I cannot remove
it.

I get:

SQL Server Error: 15008 User 'xxxx' does not exist in the current database.
State=1, Severity=16.
