You will need to edit the users file to match your ODBC dictionary.
I believe the two are different by the User-Service attribute.

Yes. You can either export it from Within Emerald to the directory
where
RadiusNT is, or use Radusers to do it on a schedule.

If you have your users in a passwd file, RadiusNT can migrate the
passwords over for you.
