We had a similar problem a while back after moving a print and some shares.
Basically RPC crashes during startup and prevents anything from logging in
to the machine. We managed to get in once and disconnected from all shared
drives and printers and restarted the machine. I worked after that.
Also, see if you can get into the SQL enterprise manager. I might be that
the database is full, but I think that it sounds like a more fundamental NT
problem.
