ALL of our MAXEN had "blank" for the Accounting secret (key). I made
the Acct secret the same as the Auth secret and we have had only one
SQL error in the last hour where before we had MANY log entries every
minute or so. The only SQL error in the last hour may have been from
the Cisco AS5396. I'll see where to change the Acct secret on it.
