For quite a while we have been using Emerald solely for =
Authentication purposes. We recently decided to integrate our billing =
into it to take full advantage of its features. When I tried to run =
call consolidation (it had been 6 months) it took a good 18 hours =
(estimate) for the status bar to fill up. Unfortunately when the =
summary stopped none of the call records had been moved into call =
history. Am I missing a step (I have not consolidated calls since =
upgrading to 2.5) or is there a possibility that my authentication =
server simply does not have enough memory to finish this mammoth task.
