On newly-entered accounts, pro-rates are coming up five days short of what
they should be. For instance, an account created today is coming up with
charges for only 10 days, whereas there are 15 days remaining in September.

What do I need to change in Emerald Admin (or wherever) to get this to
calculate correctly?
