I would suggest checking out www.mediahouse.com for the Enterprise Monitor
Software version 5.2. This will allow you to monitor all your services and
be able to automatically restart your RadiusNT service should it fail. This
will allow you to not worry if RadiusNT has failed (you can configure it to
notify you of each failure) and have the service up nonstop. Should it not
be able to restart, it can automatically reboot the server too. This seems
like your Compaq might have some sort of conflict though. are all your
other RadiusNT servers the same as this one? If not, have you tried placing
a same type of machine there?

PS: If you can, try out Win2k on that machine instead. Win2k has Built in
automatic service restarting.
