The radusers in the \radius\beta directory has a problem.
The stored procedures check and add the expire and overdue fields to the
expire date and come up with the correct expire for the text file, but the
select part of the script does not take expire and overdue into account when
selecting so anyone who would be expired but has an extension doesn't get
selected and so doesn't end up in the users file.
