[Emerald] Calls online

How can I Clear out some entries from calls online view through SQL
the problem is that now when I try to clear an entry from calls online using the emerald manager
it disappears from the view but the connection stays established. When I do select * from callsonline
I find that the entry is still their.
Can anyone help
