Clearing the entry in the Online window will not actually terminate the
call. You still need to do that inyour NAS. The purpose of the Online
window is to allow you to interactively remove entries which, for one reason
another, were not updated when that particular session ended. This is
mainly for those of us who use concurrency control and get calls from
hysterical users who can get on because the database (and thus Radius)
thinks they're already there.
As for how to clear such entries programmatically (which still does not
disconnect a user), I believe you have to do some voodoo with the
ServerPorts table. (CallsOnline is only a "view") Search the list archive,
as I am sure that this issue has been discussed in the past week.
