I'm having trouble loading Emerald on a new server. We have Emerald and
Radius running on a current server but we are moving all the programs to a
new server. In the process I am trying to freshly load Emerald and Radius on
the new server. Each time I try I get an error message that msvcirt.dll, in
system32 is in use. We've stopped all applications and as many services as
possible but still get the error.
