Valued IEA Software customer,
Over the last week and a half we have seen an increased number of =
requests for support regarding OGA (Operator Group Access). The =
resolution for 80% of these request is fairly simple, as I will explain =
shortly.
If you are experiencing problems logging into Emerald as a user =
other than sa, or seeing errors during the login process indicating some =
tables are empty, including but not limited to Operators, Regions and =
Groups, you may be experiencing the same problem.
To resolve these issues please follow these steps:
1.. Open the Emerald Administrator.
2.. Go into the Security configuration.
3.. Click on the Operators tab.
4.. For each Operator, make sure that Web User and SQL User are =
checked, confirm or reset the SQL Group and Operator Group, re-enter and =
confirm the password.
5.. Click on Save.
After completing these steps, if your OGA is set correctly for any =
billing groups for which you wish to restrict access, all should be =
well.
