[Emerald] Authentication Problem?

Hi
Sometimes, when somebody is trying to get connection with our system, the
server answers that it can not connect the user because of the password, so
it needs to check it. Then I look at the "radlogs" table and I see both
password, the user password and the password recorded in the Radius server
are the same.
So, what can be the problem if both password are identical?.
