I have nearly finish a web interface add-on for
RadiusNT/Emerald/MailSite/Serv-u, anybody interested could have a preview at
http://203.62.199.11 . The interface include 4 controls: tree, list,
browser, list-bar(not show in the preview). It will run inside any browser
which is ActiveX and VBScript compatible.
The interface will be dynamically configured by any server script which sit
on any web server, http and https compatible. Some of the dynamic
configurable parameter includes:
Tree View:
Title: Text,Alignment,Font,Border Style,Text Style, Foreground
Color,Background color
Nodes: Text,Font,Picture(from internal image list),Foreground
Color,Background color
Popup Menu: menu item associate with each node, menu action.
List View:
Title: Text,Alignment,Font,Border Style,Text Style, Foreground
Color,Background color
ColumnHeader: Alignment,Text,Font,Picture(from internal image
list),Foreground Color,Background color
List Item: Alignment,Text,Font,Picture(from internal image list),Foreground
Color,Background color, subtext
Popup menu: menu item associate with the list, perform the function on the
selected list item
Make it short, it will have the interface similar to Microsoft Outlook, but
each element in the interface could be configured by server script. It
expected to finished in another two weeks, so please download the ActiveX
now, it is about 2MB in size. The code has not been signed. The server
script has not implemented yet, but it will give you the idea what will it
look like.
My intention is to finish the interface and start work on Emerald's business
rule on server side. Once finished the Emerald, I will write a Serv-u dll
connected to MS SQL 7.0 with full implementation, with this interface, plus
https will allow you securely administrating Emerald and FTP Serve-u
remotely anywhere in the internet.
