Problem with 2.101

I just installed 2.101 and I get the "Previous Region" message that Tommy
Cheng reported.

I'm also unable to add a new client, as I get an error "380: Invalid
Property Value" when I click the Add button.

Aside to Tommy Cheng: I wasn't trying to fight you, I was simply asking
for an option to do it either way.
