[Emerald] bank transfer

We are attempting to use the Bank Transfer payment method. When we choose
that option on the Billing tab we are given a place to input account
information, but it does not seem to save this information when we leave. I
have been unable to locate any information about this feature. Does it
work? Can someone point me in the right direction?
