[Emerald] Type Mismatch

Everytime one of my client machines enters a new account and they save
the Master record it goes ok. When they finish filling out the Services
portion and then hit save they get this error "Type Mismatch". Emerald
also will no longer put the email accounts in Post.Office. You can not
even hit batch to do it manually. Any ideas?
