[Emerald] Printing function not working

When I try to print anything from Emerald 2.5.261 I get the following
error.
"StartPrintJob in PrintCustom caused an error: Cannot find SQL server."
Any help regarding this would be much appreciated. Also should I upgrade to
a newer version.
