The only other thing I can suggest is to check the dates of previous CC
invoices.. not the date of the invoice, but the dates the invoice was for...
and of course, make sure there are no open invoice for any amount.. even
..001 cents......

The only time I have had a customers card not be billed is:

1. Autobill was set to 0
2. Balance on account
3. Not set to Credit Card
4. Invoice or CC invoice already in system that covers the same billing
period

Even Autobill = 0 should work... it should bill the card 1 time, then change
the account to Renewal after the billing....
