[Emerald] Calls Online Problem

Hi
Today I have a problem with Emerald. The calls online appeared to be
blocked with users online from yesterday and Radius didn't permit them
connect again today because I have login limit active. This is a big
problem because I deal with a lot of user and is very dificult to manage
erasing each user from the Users Online screen. Do you know how I could
solve this problem?. If so let me know asap.
