[Emerald] SNMP Concurrency Checking

Hi all,
I've setup SNMP many before on PM2 but I'm now setting it up on my PM3's
Here's my question.
The PM2's all had the last digit be +1 of the port number on the PM3 it
seems like the last digit should be +2 of the port number.
I did many SNMP Walks and gets and have found this to be the only way to
correctly get the snmp user.
Is this right?
Why in the world would the PM3 add another port rather than keeping it the
same as the PM2's?
