what version of NTMail.....and was it on the same server as SQL?
if you're talking about the computer we have locally, then the difference
was because it was still a user in NTMail.....we removed him from NTMail and
it was as slow as the rest of us.....we even checked mail on the mail server
and it was slow.....We've run out ideas.....
