[Emerald] Framed-IP-Address in latest Dictionary

We had to update the radius dictionary to reflect a change for an attribute
that was Framed-Address to Framed-IP-Address.
The reason is that we have a NAS that needs this attribute to allocate an
ip.
The result is that we cannot see the IP address in the calls online. How can
we update this view?
